Hope’s Reason: A Journal of Apologetics
Submissions
While meant to be a resource to the church as well as the academy, this journal is held to scholarly standards. The following are requirements for all submissions.
Articles
All articles will be examined by three peer reviewers (including the editor).
Authors give permission for Hope’s Reason to reproduce their articles on the Internet and in print form.
Authors retain the right to reproduce their own articles in any way they choose.
All Hebrew and Greek words should be transliterated into English.
Main title should be all caps, section titles should be bold.
Please use footnotes and not endnotes (use format p. 56 or pp. 123-35).
Articles should be less than 5,000 words unless permission is received from the editor.
Most importantly, all articles must follow the spirit of 1 Peter 3:15 in responding to issues with gentleness and respect.
All articles should be emailed in Word format to editor@apologeticsjournal.com.
Reviews
Reviews will be examined by our book review editor.
Reviews should interact with books relevant to apologetics by summarizing the contents, presenting the positive contributions and providing respectful criticism.
Reviews should be less than 1,200 words.
All reviews should be emailed as Word documents to books@apologeticsjournal.com.
